Welcome to our personal training gym in West Wellow, near Romsey, where futureproofing your health and fitness is our top priority. Our non-judgmental environment is designed for those seeking expert one-to-one coaching within a small group setting.

About us..

The studio is based in Wellow, near Romsey, Hampshire, just on the outskirts of the beautiful New Forest.

The studio is the brainchild of James, a Personal Trainer with nearly a decade of experience. James started his own fitness journey at the age of 30 when he found himself in the position of being morbidly obese. After losing weight, he decided that he wanted to dedicate his professional life to help others with their fitness goals.

Unlike commercial gyms, our completely private facility ensures you never feel uncertain or judged during your workouts—no mirrors, no grunting, just a bunch of like minded people working on bettering themselves in a safe space. With a maximum of eight members at a time and private parking, you’ll experience individually programmed sessions. If you're concerned about your fitness, bone density, or cardiovascular health, we've got you covered.

Who we work with

Women over 40

women over 40, the sessions are programmed to tackle some of the ongoing changes you face through the stages of menopause and beyond. I focus on helping you regain your confidence, improve bone density, and build a healthier future for yourself.

Men over 40

men over 40 experiencing low energy or carrying extra weight around the abdomen and chest, I provide tailored programs to help you avoid waking up stiff and sore. My goal is to enable you to do the activities you enjoyed when you were younger without always being out of breath or worrying about feeling sore for days afterward.

For under 40

If you're under 40 and looking for a more supportive and individualised approach to fitness, my gym is the perfect place for you. I provide customised plans to help you get the most out of your workouts, away from the intimidating atmosphere of large chain gyms.
